The Role:
My Client is a leading Insurance Firm and we are looking for a Compliance professional to join the team in Singapore. We are looking for a Distribution Compliance candidate to join the business in Singapore and oversee the policies and framework.

Responsibilities:
  • Work with the sales team to ensure Compliance and mitigate Risk in the business
  • Subject matter expert on Financial Advisers Act and Insurance Act etc
  • Identity Compliance gaps and implement framework to mitigate gaps and risks.
  • Report key findings related to Distribution Compliance and Risk
  • Any other adhoc Compliance duties across the Group level
  • Maintain and build a Compliance culture in the firm
 
You must:
  • A bachelors degree in a reputable university
  • 10 years of experience in a Compliance role – Insurance industry preferred
  • Strong Distribution Compliance and Risk experience
  • Be able to work independently, while also being a strong team player
