About the Role:
The Associate Manager (CPM) will support clinical research projects related to PET scanning, such as resources and manpower planning, project timeline management and progress tracking, as well as related documentation. You will be responsible for the PET center operations and visitor coordination related work.
Accountabilities:
You will be assisting the PM in developing project plan, audit plan; oversee the clinical project progress to ensure timely project deliverables are met; and manage the project related vendors. At the quality front, you will work closely with the internal Inspection Department and external audit partners to address any compliance findings and ensure issues are rectified in a timely manner.
As the main clinical project operations in-charge, you will set-up the PET Center workflow, manage manpower supply, coordinate research subjects scanning activities, and ensure proper data capturing and complete documentations that are required by respective Research Partners involved in the Clinical Projects.
Requirements:
A relevant medical science related degree with at least 3 years’ experience in clinical research settings or companies (e.g. CRO, pharmaceutical), and at least 6 months track record in project management
Familiar with GCP / ICH-GCP / National medical regulations / Clinical research operating procedures
Experience in neurology and nuclear medicine projects advantageous
Good command of English for internal & external communications and engagement
Comfortable with flexible working arrangements, and regular business travel
