Responsibilities would include: 

  • Proceed with M&A project in Asia consumer sector (Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines, and India) as a team member, exploring and analysing opportunities, negotiating with sellers as well as target companies, while collaborating with internal/external parties
  • Support GM/DGM to manage department and business operations, develop new businesses, and expand asset management business (real estate, infrastructure, data center) in Asia
  • Manage and support affiliated companies in Asia related to asset management and private equity businesses
 

Profile of ideal candidate:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
  • Required to travel, around 1-2 trips per month
  • Professional and broad knowledge of M&A (valuation, negotiation, funding, investment structuring)
  • Experience in principal investment, post investment management or business development including M&A in operational company preferred
  • Experience in private equity firm / investment bank preferred
  • Experience in management of investee company preferred
