The Role:
Reporting to the APAC Head of Legal and Compliance, you will be responsible for reviewing legal documents, data privacy policy, as well as ensuring the execution and implementations of compliance across the region.
You must:
- Be called to the Singapore Bar or Common Law Qualified with at least 5 years PQE inhouse. Inhouse experience preferred
- Develop and review internal control regulations, policies, AML, Anti-bribery and Data Protection framework
- Monitor regulatory changes related to the regional business units, and follow up action
- Promote compliance activities including conducting trainings and workshops
- Business As Usual general corporate, regulatory, administrative, legal matters
- Ability to work well in team settings and to build relationships throughout all levels of the organisation
