The Role:
Our client is a top international law firm in Hong Kong. They are currently looking for an HR Assistant to join their Human Resources team. You will provide the HR team with a full spectrum of HR operations support in a highly professional manner including:
- Provide HR solutions to internal stakeholders
- Manage employee records, maintain HR filling system and personnel file
- Prepare headcount and budget reports and send change forms for Hong Kong office as needed.
- Assist with visa application and the Law Society’s registration.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree holder in HR or related disciplines
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
