The Company:
Leading services provider is urgently seeking a talented and dynamic Accountant to join their Finance Function in Hong Kong. Located on HK Island, this role is to start immediately. 

Responsibilities: -
  • Daily accounting duties
  • Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, covering both Hong Kong and China businesses
  • Processing vendor invoices and expense claims
  • Processing intercompany billing and receive entries
  • Supporting month end and other general accounting functions
  • Supporting annual audit processes
  • Enquires with key stakeholders on any queries related to payment or invoicing
  • Other ad hoc assignments to support the team

Requirements: -
  • Degree in Accountant or other related disciplines
  • Minimum of 2 to 5 years’ experience in an accounting related field
  • Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  • Knowledge of Excel Macro and ERP systems
  • Good problem-solving skills as well as being Self-motivated & detailed oriented
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Immediately Available or with a maximum of a 1 month notice period
