The Role
 
My Client is a leading Insurance Firm and we are looking for a Compliance professional to join the team in Singapore. This is a new headcount due to their expansion plans in Asia, and you will be given the exposure across the Compliance function with proven leaders in the industry.


Responsibilities:

  • Work with the sales team to ensure Compliance and mitigate Fraud and Operational Risk
  • Identity Compliance gaps and implement framework to mitigate gaps and risks.
  • Report key findings related to Sales Compliance, Fraud, and Operational Risk
  • Any other adhoc Compliance duties across the Group level
  • Maintain and build a Compliance culture in the firm
 
 
You must:

  • A bachelors degree in a reputable university
  • 10 years of experience in a Compliance role – Insurance industry preferred
  • Strong Sales Compliance or Operational Audit experience
  • Be able to work independently, while also being a strong team player
