Our Client is a global investment manager with offices globally. You will be deal facilitator and will work alongside an experienced team of lawyers in Singapore, working with global deal team at any time. This is a perfect opportunity for lawyers in Big Law looking to transit InHouse, to a transaction role. 
 

You will have:
  • 6-12 years of PQE with relevant transactional legal experience gained from International Law firms (Magic Circle or White Shoe law firms), preferably in Investment Funds, Fund Formation
  • Transaction experience in either of following- Strong M&A, PE, Real estate fund management, Corporate Investment Funds; or a combination
  • Experience working for PE firms or PE backed companies is preferred- interest in funds work, fund formation, financing, capital fund raising
  • Provide advice and guidance to global team any time during closing
  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and uncertainly the ability to adapt nimbly and lead others through complex situations.
  • Identify issues and provide proactive solutions on deal related matters
