We’re looking for an experienced finance professional to join our client's APAC Financial Institutions team, focusing on credit analysis, origination, and portfolio management across bank and NBFI clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth credit assessments and financial analysis for FI counterparties.
  • Review and recommend terms for loans, ISDA, CSA, and other documentation.
  • Support origination and execution of FI lending deals, including due diligence and client proposals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Legal, Markets, DCM) to structure and close transactions.
  • Manage portfolio reporting, covenant compliance, and amendment processes.

What You Bring:
  • 8+ years’ experience in banking or FI credit roles.
  • Strong understanding of credit processes, loan documentation, and financial markets.
  • Bachelor's in Finance, Economics, or related; CFA or Master’s preferred.
  • Proficiency in English and Korean (other Asian languages a plus) for internal & external communications and engagement
  • Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work across teams.
