The Role:
My Client is a global Bank and we are looking for a Data and Model Governance candidate to join the Bank in SG. This is a new role in the Bank and you will be reporting up to the Head of Risk, and will be the subject matter expert for all Data Governance policies in the Bank.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Maintain Data Governance, Model Governance policies, and ensure they are in line with regulations
  • Ensures all models and data are updated
  • Oversee the data management processes to ensure security of data
  • Collaborate with cross functional team to elsibsh best practices across APAC
  • Ensure model lifecycles are updated
  • Oversee any data governance reporting work and ensure reports are timely
 
 Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of Data Governance / Model Governance and BCS 239 reporting
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work under tight timelines
  • Experience in Model Validation is a plus
  • Ability to manage and work with regional stakeholders
