Responsibilities would include:
  • Identify and assess financial solutions that best fit the company’s needs, collaborate with internal departments to forecast capital requirements, planning capital funding strategies, and managing the execution of transactions
  • Establish, maintain, and nurture strong relationships with banks and financial institutions
  • Negotiate and identify favourable terms with banks for various financial solutions, including loans, lines of credit, and other funding solutions, assessing which best aligns with the company's requirements
  • Explore optimal funding structures to minimize financial risk while maximizing business growth
  • Manage execution of financial transactions
  • Oversee post-transaction activities to ensure efficient and effective capital management
 
Profile of ideal candidate:
  • Minimum 6-10 years of relevant experience managing banking relationships and capital funding strategies
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline 
  • Strong understanding of banking products, capital management, credit analysis, financial statements, cash flow analysis
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated team player with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently
  • Display strong business acumen and relish working in a fast-paced, highly professional environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
