Our client offers a comprehensive media operations SaaS platform, covering everything from video engagement insights to revenue management.
 
The technical support team partners directly with customers, resolving everything from basic usage questions to complex technical issues and integration challenges.
 
This is a fully remote role; the company is headquartered in the United States.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and accurate support via email and video calls (Zendesk).
  • Participate in an on-call rotation to handle urgent issues, including platform outages.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for both internal teams and public-facing Help Center/Developer Docs.
  • Relay user feedback to Product and Engineering teams to drive improvements.
  • Assist in launching new products and features to clients.
  • Exhibit curiosity about the product and a commitment to outstanding customer experience.

Key Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in technical support.
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic web development concepts.
  • Familiarity with Chrome Developer Tools, command line, Javascript, jQuery, or GitHub is a plus.
  • Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) preferred.
  • Experience in media or related industries is desirable.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, strong communication skills, and capacity to work independently.
