Identify and develop new business opportunities by analysing market trends, researching and targeting prospective clients, and networking with industry professionals
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing technical support and advice throughout the sales process
Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to clients, highlighting the features and benefits of our water treatment solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Tech, Mkt, CS & BOP to develop solutions that meet client requirements and expectations
Prepare and negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring profitable sales growth
Provide ongoing support to clients, including training, troubleshooting, and technical advice as needed
Stay up to date with industry trends, technology advancements, and competitive landscape, sharing insights and recommendations with internal teams to enhance product offerings and competitive positioning
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of technical sales experience in water treatment or related industry
Strong technical knowledge of water treatment processes and equipment, including membrane treatment application, industrial and municipal water treatment (Additional experience in mineral processing and HI&I would be an advantage)
Demonstrated success in identifying and developing new business opportunities and expanding sales growth
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and clients
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
