Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities by analysing market trends, researching and targeting prospective clients, and networking with industry professionals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing technical support and advice throughout the sales process
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to clients, highlighting the features and benefits of our water treatment solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Tech, Mkt, CS & BOP to develop solutions that meet client requirements and expectations
  • Prepare and negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring profitable sales growth
  • Provide ongoing support to clients, including training, troubleshooting, and technical advice as needed
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, technology advancements, and competitive landscape, sharing insights and recommendations with internal teams to enhance product offerings and competitive positioning


  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of technical sales experience in water treatment or related industry
  • Strong technical knowledge of water treatment processes and equipment, including membrane treatment application, industrial and municipal water treatment (Additional experience in mineral processing and HI&I would be an advantage)
  • Demonstrated success in identifying and developing new business opportunities and expanding sales growth
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and clients
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
