A fast-growing market leader in the manufacturing space is hiring for a Senior Treasury Manager who will be based in Shanghai. 
 
You will be closely working with the Group CFO and Treasury Director in revamping the Treasury processes, systems, and resources, to ensure seamless integration across departments. e.g. developing a strategic treasury management framework, optimizing the firm’s capital structure, and driving efficiency. 

The role also involves developing a comprehensive Financial Risk Management framework while actively managing FX, interest rate, liquidity, funding, and overseeing liquidity; ensuring alignment with risk management objectives. Additionally, you will be managing banking relationships, staying informed on market trends, structuring financing solutions, and developing a strategic funding plan to drive the organization's growth.
