We are currently looking for 2 experienced Senior Test Analyst to join an organisation within the Banking & Financial Services. This position will be responsible to analyse Business Requirements, Business Processes and key controls to create relevant test cases and execute them to ensure that the solution meets the expected outcome, ensuring all possible defects are identified and mitigated before implementation. The role will focus on a mixture of UAT, SIT and E2E Testing. 

  • Analyse Business Requirements, Business Processes and Controls to come up with High Level Test scenarios
  • Assist in creating Test plan(s)
  • Create a detailed test cases with expected outcome and organise review sessions with Business stakeholders
  • Map the test cases to key controls
  • Participate in peer reviews and the quality of test cases and test plans
  • Execute test cases as per the test plan including key controls
  • Report and track defects identified and resolution liaising with Business analysts and business stakeholders
  • Support communicating consistent and accurate testing execution status
  • Provide inputs to Test Completion Report
  • Undertaking direct interface back to stakeholder and at all levels
  • Direct involvement in at times management of UAT , SIT and CFT testing and test creation of test cases for the various phases on the project

  • 7+ years as a Test Analyst including experience working in a Senior Capacity
  • Experience across the Banking and Financial Services Sector (highly desired)
  • Strong recent experience around UAT along with a broad understanding of the testing lifecycle
  • Ability to deliver within tight deadlines
  • Strong experience around agile methodologies
  • Experience around compliance and conduct is a huge plus
