Key Duties & Responsibilities

- Business Development & Delivery
  • Build and leverage internal and external networks to grow new business.
  • Lead or support the origination, development, due diligence, approval and implementation of Project Finance transactions.
  • Develop solutions that display deep understanding of clients and their industries and proactively manage forward business pipeline.
  • Arrange and execute credit products for corporate transactions covering bilateral, club and syndicated facilities.
- Portfolio Management
  • Grow and manage a loan portfolio with a vision for optimal composition and geography, industry and risk diversification.
  • Recognise client and bank risks and implement appropriate risk management strategies.

Experience & Qualifications
  • 5 or more years of experience as a Relationship Manager (or Assistant) in Australia.
  • Hands-on experience in the local syndicated loan market with provable track record (participated deals, relationship with bookrunners/ financial advisors). Experience in Renewable Energy, Transport, Utilities and PPPs is highly regarded.
  • Strong financial modelling, risk analysis and credit paper writing skills.
  • Excellent communication and marketing skills.
