Our client has spent the last couple of years upgrading their ITSM environment with contemporary vendor solutions.  They are embarking on the next phase of the program, which will include future-proofing the internal and external customer-facing processes and tech.  There are multiple new streams being stood up under the program umbrella, including uplit of vulnerability management/security operations, help desk uplift, process improvement and more.  To be a success and add value to this role, you will bring a good blend of the following skills and experience:
  • At least 5 years in a Project Manager/Senior Project Manager role
  • Deep experience in Agile delivery
  • At least 3 years in ITSM/ITIL/Service Management implementation/uplift experience
  • Ideally experience with ServiceNow
  • Good understanding of risk and compliance issues in banking
  • Exceptional business communication skills
  • Experience managing diverse business and technical stakeholders
  • An ego-less willingness to roll your sleeves up and deliver to program milestones
  • A positive attitude for those all-hands-on-deck delivery times
This is a contract role that will likely extend multiple times.  There is a well-established team that is collaborative and delivery-focused that needs supplementing with like-minded Senior Project Managers.  The daily rate is in the $750-850 plus super range.
