Due to an uplift across a high visability program we have requirements for a dual focus of Senior PMO Coordinator/ Business Project Manager to undergo a new and exciting piece of work.

You will be working in a fast-paced, high-profile program with multiple streams running concurrently. You will provide first line support to the Program Director and support for the projects team, tracking the progress of priorities and also conducting reporting and program tasks/deliverables.

This is an excellent opportunity/ stepping stone for career progression within program delivery.

End to End PMO Support includes:

  • Collation of committee packs for distribution, documenting minutes etc
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • 2IC to the program manager
  • Supporting the portfolio administration
  • Invoicing and SOW Tracking
  • Program scheduling
  • Offboarding and onboarding of resources
  • Weekly and Monthly Status and Financial Reporting 
Project Management will see you responsible for minor project delivery,  senior stakeholder engagement and delivery.

Please applying highlight the following requirements for the role:

  • 4-5 + years’ experience in a projects environment, some of which have been within Banking/Financial Services
  • Hanks on project delivery experience
  • Microsoft Excel experience (Advanced - Pivot Tables) 
  • Strong administration background 
  • Superior attention to detail
  • Weekly and Monthly Status and Financial Reporting 
  • Worked across an project support function across a team of 20+ people
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - a passion for projects and delivery
