Our Client is a seeking an experienced Senior Legal Counsel with sound trust formation, estate planning, succession planning experience. Global remit, focus on private client and wealth management strategy.
You will:
  • Be legally trained with at least 10 years of relevant working experience; prior experience in reputable law firms or with Private Banks, Wealth Asset Managers
  • Have sound experience working with High net worth individuals, Trust and Estate Planning and general corporate law.
  • Have knowledge of offshore trust formation, tax planning
  • Be comfortable working on a wide variety of matters for the Family Office
