A PERE investment firm is seeking a Senior Finance Manager, APAC to join them.
 
You will perform financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting, statutory financial and tax reporting. Manage business performance and strategically assist other teams to identify opportunities for improved financial performance.
 
Assist in audit processes, prepare, and review reports on the firm’s financial performance. Investment transaction support during investment and exit process including board approval documentation, resolution drafting, verifying NAV, reviewing capital call processes.
 
The ideal candidate would come with 10-15 years relevant experience in private equity, real estate, management consultancy firms focusing on PE/RE investments with a regional or APAC coverage. Strong understanding of IFRS accounting and US GAAP, US tax filings, FATCA and CRS compliance. Strong communication skills will be crucial as you will be managing staff from different level including upper management.
