The Role:
Our client is an international law firm in Hong Kong. They are now seeking a Senior Company Secretarial Officer to join their team.  You will provide full spectrums of company secretarial matters in a highly professional manner.

  • Handle Hong Kong and offshore company incorporation
  • Assist Hong Kong and offshore companies in meeting all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain and update company secretarial records and registers, statutory filings and up-to-date e-filing system

Requirements:
  • Degree holder of Company Secretarial Studies/ Corporate Administration/ Corporate Governance or related discipline
  • Associate Membership of the HKCGI
  • Min. 8 years' working experience in company secretarial matters is preferred
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
