Ethos Beathchapman in partnership with one of our key financial services clients is currently seeking a Senior Change Manager with Equipment / Auto Finance or lending experience.  The contract opportunity is initially 6 months engagement with the view to extend.
 
Driving strategy through to execution across this business transformation, you will work closely with key business stakeholders to effectively elicit, analyse, communicate and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies, information and customer facing systems.

Experienced required includes:
  • 5 + years of Change Management experience with significant experience contributing to business transformation programs
  • Experience in delivering change in a Equipment / Auto Finance environment would be an advantage
  • Extensive knowledge of Change Management techniques, tools, and practices
  • Proven experience of being a respected people leader and an exceptional communicator
  • A pragmatic, flexible and smart approach
  • Experience in an agile environment or evidence of the qualities & capabilities that a change professional needs to be able to work in an interactive, fast paced, often ambiguous Agile environment.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communications
  • Prior experience in the finance industry is viewed favourably
  • Tertiary qualification and relevant Change Management certification preferred
