Ethos Beathchapman in partnership with one of our key financial services clients is currently seeking a Business Analyst with credit risk or calculations expertise to support internal risk systems. 
 
The position will start in July/August 2021 for an initial 6+ month engagement. 

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Defining and managing the requirements through the delivery life cycle to meet business needs. 
  • Providing and directing recommendations for process re-design and improvements and business solutions, enabling changes to processes, policy and/or information that support targeted business outcomes and deliver business value. 
  • Providing recommendations for process redesign and improvements and business solutions, enabling changes to processes, policy and/or information 
  • Identify stakeholders and see to the maintenance of collaborative working relations; elicit and analyse business requirements and engage with, and inform key stakeholder groups. 
Knowledge and Experience: 
  • Sr. Business Analyst in major end-to-end business process re-engineering or business transformation initiatives. 
  • Credit Risk , Regulatory experience
  • Data Sourcing and Mapping
  • Date Migration
  • Credit Risk knowledge
  • Compliance or regulatory project experience
  • Financial services experience
  • Ensuring solution enables business processes to deliver the desired business outcomes and value. 
  • A strong understanding of technology and business systems strategically and operationally.
