Ethos Beathchapman in partnership with one of our key clients is currently seeking multiple Senior Business Analysts with banking products experience to work on a range of customer product and remediation programs.  Contract opportunities are an initial 12 month engagement starting in August 2021.

To purpose of customer product remediation is to provide organisational oversight, governance and reporting, to ‘get it right and put it right’ as promptly as possible.   To support this critical function, we are seeking experienced Busines Analysts & Senior Business Analysts with remediation and/or banking product experience.  Working along side a data analyst you will have the exposure to addressing business focused remediation projects from investigation, rectification through to remediation.  
 
To be considered for this role, you will require Business Analysis experience across any product projects within financial services.
Responsibilities:
  • Work with business users to elicit and define user requirements using the most appropriate method(s), and translate them into functional requirements
  • Effectively use of data and process modelling tools including process mapping to analyse and represent information in an effective form, in order to translate business requirements into meaningful statements of work.
  • Deliver business remediation solutions to the customer  
Other requirements include:
  • Finanical services experience is essential but ideally working on customer products or ideally remediation
  • Knowledge of regulatory landscape
  • Ability to identify and deliver business improvements including data and business process
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management ability
  • Customer centric mindset
  • Experience with remediation projects would be highly regarded but not essential
