Snr BA with solid experience in Business and Process analysis. The role is part of a strategic tranformation program that includes the implementation of a revised operating model and will change ways of working .  This role requires excellent stakeholder management and communication skills at all levels; excellent requirements analysis and exp facilitation workshops ; experience in process improvement, developing artefacts for business case input, cost benefit analysis etc. Previous experience working within large complex environments including unionised workforce is beneficial but not mandatory.

Skills & Experience
  • Demonstrated experience in all phases of business analysis and process improvement in large and complex operational environments and transformation programs
  • Strong analysis skills including requirement elicitation, solutions prioritisaton, devleopment of options and recommendations and assist business case development
  • Solid experience in process improvement (Visio/BPMN etc)
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication and documentation skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management and faciliation
  • Relevant tertiairy and/or professional qualifications
