Our client is a global conglomerate that have companies in various fields from Oil and Gases to Manufacturing to Food and Beverage is currently looking for a Senior Administrator to help support its team. 


Job Description 
 
  • Contribute to generating ideas for employee engagement.
  • Independently plan, organize, and execute large-scale corporate events, such as D&D event, etc, drive corporate-level corporate social responsibility engagements and campaigns, e.g. corporate voluntary work, etc. via in-person or virtual mode.
  • Main liaison for General Affairs’ related offices communication in Asia Pacific region.  This includes but not limited to organizing regional meetings, collating General Administration policies such as Business Travel or Facilities Management related policies.
  • Person-In-Charge for maintenance of Social Networking Platform for local office and Asia Pacific region in order to promote employee engagement by driving traffic to the platform, conducting surveys to gather feedback and allow management to understand what employees want better.
  • Assist in other General Administration’s daily operation such as managing Administration Intranet / SharePoint and administering and processing payment matters.


Requirement 
  • Min. 3-5 Years of relevant work experience
  • Experience in organizing and coordination various Events Management or Employee Engagement activities
  • Experience in  facilitating communication and employee engagement through various Social Media platforms.
  • Min. Bachelor’s Degree holder and above
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Word skills, Knowledge of IT tools, various communications platforms, including print and digital
  • Strong Team Player, Creative Thinker
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
  • Good Time Management and organization skills.
