In the UK, we are a start-up organisation seeking leverage EBC’s international client base and to build brand new business on top of that. The key focus will be helping our clients achieve their change & transformation goals via permanent recruitment, interim management and executive search. This is a truly exciting opportunity for someone who wants to help shape and build the UK business, as well as their own personal client base. The Role:

As a Senior Consultant, you will be in an exceptional role unlike elsewhere: one which truly aims and is designed to take already very strong performers to the next level of exceptional performance. Embark on your strategic journey to develop your candidate and client base alike, as well as accelerating your start with our existing client base and global lead network. You will have the opportunity to work alongside extremely talented and experienced colleagues, as well as innovate with outcomes to deliver strong business mix to clients across search, projects, retained and executive contracting. Take the opportunity to plunge yourself into our progressive ways of working, learn our AI technology, state-of-the-art cloud-based CRM platform and engage heavily with cutting edge talent engagement, marketing, data analysis and research functions that set EBC uniquely apart to take already strong performers to your exceptional performance level.

At Senior Consultant level, EBC engages with you around more strategic client initiatives, regional business development and training around future leadership. You will also be autonomous, able to define business plans competently and work at high level towards wider company outcomes.

Experience and Qualifications:

We are looking for high performing, entrepreneurial and collaborative recruiters/headhunters with outstanding work ethics and passion for being the best in your specialised recruitment domain.

You will have at least 3 to 6 years’ experience as a recruitment professional working in an executive search/recruitment firm – whether in large agencies, headhunters, boutiques or otherwise, we are keen to hear from you. You’re able to show evidence of strong revenue performance, existing client networks and growing ability to broadly influence both internally and externally.

University level education and experience within change & transformation recruitment are preferred but not essential.

You will have excellent communication skills, both written & verbal, with a natural flair for relationship building at a senior level.

You willbe excited by the prospect of joining a start-up business but with the backing of an existing, successful recruitment business.

Location: Initially remote (primarily) with ad-hoc internal meetings (likely locations London and Reading). In the medium-term (Q1 2023), office location will likely be London (Paddington)
