Prospects and penetrates new opportunities (N+1, N+2) from local OEMs and Endusers in Japan to identify and pursue product opportunities in a variety of processes and applications, manage all aspects of local FAEs and support activities at those accounts, and increase sales revenues and customer satisfaction together with Sales team
TARGET:
Plan and develop sales capability with changing market requirements and serving better business opportunity and co work with department manager appropriately to achieve assigned objective of goals and revenue targets.
Manage relationship with high level of customer and early involve the first step of project biz. Complete understanding of the markets, applications and requirements of customers’
To manage the success of new customer business and maintain of current business
Establish and manage the top level sales strategy with department manager according to direction of GM
To follow a focused targeted and proactive approach toward the target setting.
Networking closer to end user at the Fab’s and R&D’s to find having problems and concerns related to valves with competitor situation.
Bridge role between end user and Clients’ Head Quarter Engineering team to figure out what end user’s future requirement on Client product portfolio thru organizing TRM.
TASK:
Encourage a good team spirit with open environment and work the company interface with QMS as tool for continuous improvement.
Well Catch the customers’ demand and analyze various biz information (Process, new technology)
Analyzing the lost biz (what is our weakness) with competitor situation (biz situation, strength, weakness) and preparing strategy how to win the biz against the competitor.
Analyze collected information to clients’ current market position (strength, weakness, threat, opportunities)
Directly contacting with BU and design people and carry out self organized work
Handling design information for starting of customer business and fully involving the project base biz (defining by Managing Director) include customer visit with BU and managing the confidential information.
Supporting patent issue related the task from client.
Achieve sales goals defined with department managers by following focused, targeted and proactive approaches.
Monitor and improve information flow through sales regular meeting and customers visits
RESPONSIBILITY AND COMPETENCES:
Provides leadership in integrating and aligning cross-functional team to ensure all key activities, priorities and decisions are synchronized to exceed customers’ expectations and needs.
Provide Apps information to Japan GM in timely manner (weekly, monthly, annually)
Establish effective relationship with customer and Engineering team (R&D team) in clints’ HQ to serve customers better.
Critical competencies: leadership/ people management/ decision making process. Fluent speaking of English for internal & external communications and engagement, professional knowledge of vacuum biz, equipment, process, Loyalty to the company.
