The Role:
Our client is a top international law firm in Hong Kong. They are now seeking a restructuring lawyer in their restructuring and insolvency team in Hong Kong. You will be providing legal advice, transactional support, and regulatory guidance to clients involved in restructuring and insolvency matters. You will be assisting clients in navigating the legal complexities of restructuring transactions, ensuring compliance, and protecting their interests in non-adversarial settings.
Requirements:
- Min 1 PQE + Hong Kong Qualified Lawyer
- Solid Experience in the Restructuring and Insolvency Practice Area
- Strong Command in English and Chinese for internal & external communications and engagement
