Our Client is a well-established SGX Listed conglomerate serving a few market segments. You will be part of a team of corporate secretarial professionals.
 
 You will have:
  • 8-10 years of relevant corporate secretarial experience in ListCos
  • ICSA Certification or Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business Administration
  • In-depth understanding of the Singapore Companies Act, SGX Listing requirements, Corporate Governance, Share issuance, regulatory policies
  • Attending and organising Board/Board Committee meetings, comfort at minute taking
  • Soft skills dealing with senior Directors
