A global life insurance firm is looking for a Regional Operational Risk Director to take on a pivotal role in developing and embedded operational risk and resilience risk programs across Asia markets.
 
The Role:
As you engage and collaborate across senior stakeholders in global, regional and country level, you will take on leading role in implementation of operational risk and operational resilience programs. Your role is to build a sustainable operational and business resilience culture, mindset and protocols through staying ahead of regulatory change, business strategies and build preventive processes to tackle risk, governance and incidents. You will demonstrate your expertise whilst coming up with innovative ideas to enhance and reshape risk and resilience programs.
 
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in operational risk, operational resilience and business resilience
  • Experience from insurance, banks or financial services firms
