A reputable and established insurer is in the search for an experienced Regional Compliance Manager or Senior Compliance Manager. You will provide advisory, oversight and monitoring on compliance and governance matters across regional BU.
 
The Role:
The role entails managing, strengthening and aligning compliance and governance practices with regulatory change and business needs. You will ensure compliance plan is properly executed and sustainable whilst mitigating compliance risks.  You will manage and lead global compliance projects at regional level and build effective oversight on compliance activities with local countries.
 
Requirements:
  • 8 to 12+ years of Compliance experience with insurance or financial services sector
  • Knowledge in Regulatory Compliance, Financial Crime, Anti-Bribery and Corruption
  • Demonstrate ability to navigate in dynamic and growing businesses
  • Excellent communication, senior stakeholder engagement and project management skills
