My client is a leading global fund house and we are a looking for a seasoned Compliance leader in Singapore. You will be reporting to the CEO and will oversee the SG and HK Compliance function for the business.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with MAS and SFC on Compliance related issues.
- Identify Compliance gaps and implement framework to mitigate gaps and risks
- Ensure that policies are in line with Regulatory requirements and provide advisory to the business.
- Any other ad hoc Regulatory Compliance duties across the Group level
- Maintain and build a Compliance culture in the firm
You must:
- A bachelor's degree in a reputable university
- 10 years of experience in a Regulatory Compliance role – ideally in with alternative experience
- Strong understanding of MAS and SFC.
- Be able to work independently, while also being a strong team player
