Job Description:

As a Recruitment Coordinator/Administrator, you will be supporting the team from an administrative perspective as you will be responsible for entering specific data into our internal databases and systems, formatting highly confidential documents, and keeping CRM data constantly organized and up to date.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the team from an administrative perspective; formatting of documents and candidate CVs into pre-defined client-ready templates

  • Database maintenance to ensure accuracy, including adding new & cleaning up duplicates, outdated data.

  • Contribution to the development and implementation of other CRM-related initiatives

  • Any other ad hoc tasks.

Experience and qualifications:

  • Experience in recruitment or administration is a plus

  • Ability to manage volume workload

  • Excellent communication, organizational, problem solving, and multitasking skills

  • Great attention to detail

  • High level of integrity to maintain strict confidentiality protocols

  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance

  • Fast typing skills and excellent knowledge of MS Office tools
