An opportunity has come up with one of Singapore’s up and coming commodity firm within the energy space. We are looking for someone who has previous experience in the energy/LNG space as an asset, but welcome backgrounds from other commodities as well.

The ideal candidate would possess a bachelor’s degree in related field or have equivalent experience along with 2-6 years of related work experience. Strong organization, analytical and communication skills are required for this role. As you will be reviewing legal contracts, you must have a good attention to detail and strong analytical skills.


Some responsibilities are listed below but not limited to:
  • Working closely with internal operators within regional/overseas offices
  • Liaising and coordinating with internal stakeholders within back/middle/front office
  • Check calculations relating to the trade and make / assist in claims where necessary
  • Create a checklist of cargo operations and record trading activities
  • General operation and management of LNG vessels owned by the company
  • Strong experience with reviewing MSPAs, CMs, Bill of Laden, KYC and Letter of Credit, internal discussions for trading strategy, and ad-hoc duties in relations to trading
