Our client is a leading global financial services group with a large footprint in the ANZ region. They have high performing finance team and are currently investing heavily in technology and infrastructure projects.

As such they have a newly created opportunity for a management accountant to join their Technology Finance Business Partnering team. Reporting into the Senior Finance Business Partner you will focus on:

  • Participating in the monthly reporting process (including month end journals, reconciliations) providing analysis, commentary and explanation for key trends
  • Assisting the business with preparation and submission of annual Plans and Forecasts
  • Monitoring expenditure against Plan/Forecast for costs centres including analysis, commentary and insights
  • Attending regular meetings and communicating on business unit performance and trends providing advice and support to business unit as required
  • Assisting in the preparation of reports to our shareholder (Group) for both actual and Plan reporting

The client is looking for a CA/CPA/CIMA qualified management accountant, financial analyst or Big 4 / Chartered first mover who can start within a couple of weeks. Would also suit candidate on a working holiday visa looking for a 6 month contract.
