Join a global reinsurance business as Product Solutions Manager (Life and Health). This role will be based in Singapore.  We are looking for professionals with strong end to end product development experience, and a track record in launching medical and critical illness products. Together with the existing team and business, you will enjoy a high growth and fun environment in their journey to becoming a market player.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Focus on delivering and establishing product partnerships with APAC clients; core markets across Singapore, Hong Kong.
  • Identify market gaps and needs, and work with internal stakeholders to be product subject matter expertise and drive growth results in the region and with new/existing clients.
  • Own product conceptualisation to development, innovation and execution process.
  • Be involved with market conversations together with the internal team including client engagement, partnerships assessment.
Key Experience:
  • Proven experience in end to end product development/product management within life re(insurance) environments. Ideally 5-12 relevant years’ experience.
  • Deep interest in product propositions and innovation, across medical and protection solutions.
  • Subject matter expertise in critical illness products and solutions.
  • Markets experience across Singapore and/or Hong Kong.
  • Strong in data, product and market research, demonstrate critical thinking skills.
  • Demonstrate high quality and professional business engagement skills in English.
