The Role
A leading international banking group is seeking an experienced Trade Product Manager to drive the development, rollout, and commercialization of trade finance solutions across APAC. This role sits within Transaction Banking and partners closely with regional branches, product, operations, and coverage teams to grow trade revenues and enhance product capabilities.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, rollout, and enhancement of trade finance products across APAC markets
  • Support branches and subsidiaries on product implementation, transaction execution, and commercialization
  • Drive regional trade promotion initiatives across documentary trade and open account solutions
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, scalability, and client experience
  • Develop and maintain trade product materials for internal stakeholders and external clients
  • Leverage data and analytics to support trade growth initiatives and performance tracking
  • Manage key internal stakeholders across product, operations, technology, and frontline teams
 
Requirements
  • 7+ years of banking experience in Trade Finance / Transaction Banking
  • Prior experience in Trade Product Management within a regional or international bank preferred
  • Strong understanding of documentary trade and open account trade solutions
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in a matrix, multi-market environment
  • Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient in English with solid presentation and analytical capabilities for internal & external communications and engagement
