Our Client is a reputable insurance market leader in the region, with a strong focus on taking advantage of technological advancements to drive their business strategy. They have a strong presence in major Asian territories and are seeking a Legal Counsel to strengthen their team.

You will:
  • Have 3-5 Years of PQE, Qualified in Singapore or other Common Law jurisdictions
  • Have corporate commercial experience acquired from the insurance industry
  • Be reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements entered into in the ordinary course of an insurance business (life and general)
  • Be providing timely and accurate legal advice on contractual, regulatory, corporate governance and litigation issues
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations and policies that are applicable to an insurance business
