  • 10-15 years of relevant experience – Sector focus: Energy, Renewable Energy, Power, Sustainability, Infrastructure  
  • Salary range as a rough guide: SGD 150k – 250k annum base + VB on top
 
Responsibilities:
  • Lead origination, execution, evaluation and due diligence of integrated energy opportunities & projects across Asia Pacific
  • Build and sustain pipeline of integrated energy opportunities and projects
  • Conduct evaluations of new opportunities to propose and sustain a pipeline of such investments
  • A to Z (end-to-end) coordination and execution of full transactions, working together with various counterparts including commercial, financial, and legal workstreams
  • Market research and financial analysis on industry peers, tracking developments and regulatory developments in various geographies to provide insights
  • Involved in financial modelling, business and commercial reviews to support the development of investment decisions and strategic planning
  • Work closely with all internal/ external stakeholders, senior level / c -suite level to formulate and execute business plans and origination activities  
  • Prepare presentations / reports on investment activities and performance to update management  

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 10-15 years of relevant experience in Asia Pacific energy / renewable energy or sustainability sectors in M&A / business development / investments / corporate development / strategy role
  • Sector experience or interest: Energy, Renewable Energy, Power, Infrastructure, Sustainability  
  • Sharp financial and commercial acumen, strong analytical skills
  • Able to engage with various stakeholders
  • Self -motivated, driven and resourceful
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and client management skills
  • Team player
  • Languages: English mainly but any additional languages (SEA) will be advantageous
