Join a global reinsurance business in their digital innovation and solutions hub (APAC) as Head of SEA. In this role, you will lead a newly created team to focus on solving our industry's gaps and pain points, identify ares for innovation and change. You will design and build innovative solutions to address the clients' problems via data, technology, customer insights, innovative products and services. As a business, they are looking for individuals that can work as a team and organization towards goals of continuous growth and commitment to innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify market opportunities and challenges in the life and health (re)insurance industry.
  • Work with insurance clients and distribution channels to understand customer needs and develop customer insights.
  • Develop innovative InsurTech solutions by integrating data, customer insights, products, service and latest technology.
  • Externally, partner with digital distributors, latest technology start-ups and companies and jointly commercialise innovative propositions.
  • Focus on key partners in chronic disease management, telemedicine, TPAs, pharmaceutical , hospital groups and related.
Key Requirements
  • Must have track record in leading and implementing innovative insurance solutions via new technologies and digital distribution channels.
  • Life and Health Insurance experience and/or background would be desirable. 
  • Demonstrate hands on experience from strategy to delivering projects. 
  • Strong engagement skills and presentation with C-suite stakeholders 
  • Strong understanding od Southeast Asian markets.
  • Degree in any of the following fields – Computer Science, Health care Technology 
  • Strong problem solving skills and execution skills.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
