The Role:
My Client is a leading Crypto Trading firm, and we are looking for Head of Compliance to join the business in Singapore. This is a new role due to their strong expansion plans and you will spearhead all Compliance projects in Asia. You will be leading a team and report directly to the C levels in Singapore
Requirements:
- 7 to 12 years of Compliance experience in a Trading / Crypto / Fintech Firm
- Experience across both Regulatory Compliance, Trading Compliance, Insider Dealing etc
- Ability to liaise directly with regulators in the region
- Proven leadership experience
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence senior leaders
