About the role:

We are now looking for a Group Director, Health care pathway development and design.
In this new role you will lead the strategy, design and development of customer behaviour and road map for Asia markets. You will provide thought leadership and expertise on behavioural health and influence evidence-based behaviours to achieve sustainable business growth.
 

We are looking to identify the following skills and experience :

  • Individuals with at least 10 years of experience in behavioural health, health care, public health
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering customer-centric solutions either within insurance or relevant consumer industry
  • Deep understanding of behavioural science knowledge and methods
  • Strong data and analytical skills
  • Breadth of experience across customer UI, UX, visual design
  • Leadership experience, cross-functional, regional experience
