A reputable local bank is seeking a Banking Operations Team Head – Private/Retail banking to join the team.

 
As a Banking Operations Team Head Lead, your key responsibilities are to manage the team’s end to end delivery of the bank’s operations functions such as maintaining accounts, trade settlements and corporate actions. You will lead your team to deliver outstanding customer service standards and operations, manage team KPIs and expectations, monitor and improve efficiency in operations and processes, working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with rules and regulations.
 
The ideal candidate would have at least 8-12 years’ experience in private banking/wealth management operations. Strong communication skills will be essential as you will be required to work closely with internal business stakeholders. Applicants who have experience in CPFIS and SRS will be highly considered.
