A market leader in the management consulting industry is seeking a Finance Transformation Manager to join their fast-growing organisation.
You will be part of the Finance Transformation team in driving the Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions of the business through deriving the strategy and incorporation of best practices across all finance transformation stages for regional clients. This involves the implementation of EPM solutions based on organisational needs, and being in charge of UAT and Training programmes for change management and adoption of new strategies. You will serve as the Subject Matter Expert in providing senior stakeholders with valuable insights and deliver these processes to the highest industry standard.
The qualified individual will have a minimum degree in Finance or Accounting, with at least 8-10 years of working experience, with 4 years spent implementing EPM systems like OneStream or Tagetik. You are also a team player with excellent communication skills.
