This is a newly created headcount to join the Finance team with our client. Reporting into the Finance Director, you will be responsible for corporate level finance reporting, financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting, tax and transactional support; from a finance perspective to the investment team relating to acquisition/divestment and due diligence work. This is also an opportunity for candidates who have experience in workflow efficiency/project management work related to Real Estate Finance to value add to the firm.

Candidates should come with at least 10-12 years’ experience in PERE accounting/operations. Strong communication skills and stakeholder management skills a pre-requisite. Prior leadership experience preferred but not a must.
