The Company:

Our client, a world leading global international bank based here in Hong Kong are seeking an experienced and dynamic change and Implementation Analyst to join their expanding Change Finance team.


Responsibilities:
  • Delivering standardized process within Change and Implementation
  • Support the analysis of business requirements to inform operating model design.
  • Supporting key business transition activities throughout Change and Implementation phases within Finance on the cloud
  • Facilitating finance decisions which align with Finance on the Cloud objectives
  • Actively managing key relationships and co ordinate activities locally and globally

Requirements:
  • A self-starter and pragmatic candidate with a minimum of 6 years’ experience within operation model design, process design and change management domain
  • Professional qualifications such as Prince 2, MSP, Prosci and APMG change management practitioner would be ideal
  • Experience in delivering change within a financial services environment is preferred, knowledge of compliance and regulators will be advantageous
  • A good problem solver with a solid understanding of software development lifecycle and methods within an agile environment
  • A confident candidate with strong management and portfolio management skills who can successfully drive complex projects
  • Immediately available or with a maximum of a 1-month notice period
