A leading player in the aerospace manufacturing industry is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee core financial operations and drive business performance.
 
This is a pivotal role that supports the financial health and strategic direction of a company at the forefront of aerospace innovation. You will be responsible for accurate and timely financial closings (month-end to year-end), with oversight of all items above the gross profit line. On the business front, you will lead management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.
 
You will also provide senior management with meaningful financial insights to inform decision-making and support process improvements aimed at enhancing cost efficiency and profitability. Additionally, the role includes monitoring working capital and cash flow and managing corporate insurance renewals.
 
The ideal candidate should be CA/CPA and hold a relevant bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance. You should have at least 8-10 years of relevant finance experience, with a background in Aerospace or Manufacturing. Proficiency in Excel is essential, with the ability to manage large datasets efficiently; knowledge of Power BI is an advantage. Additionally, you must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple stakeholders effectively.
