The Company: 

This consumer and technology group is seeking a Financial Controller to join, as a critical partner to the business this is a newly created role.  The role is an individual contributor role, acting as a key partner to the business stakeholders.  Any exciting opportunity to join a leading company.

Responsibilities: 
  • Act as a business partner to the Supply Chain Management team
  • Steering and governing with decisions and support to the teams
  • Conduct analysis of the supply chain and logistics contribution costs
  • Working with the Business Units Controllers in reviewing KPI’s, driving consistency of analytics
  • Identifying and driving processes, internal controls, approval of cost spending
  • Managing budgeted costs
  • Collaborating with Supply Chain Management Leaders to enable business continuity
  • Support the maintenance of standard CAPAX
  • Annual target setting activities
  • Strategy and projects
  • Business improvement and streamlining processes
Requirements: 
  • Degree in Finance, Business or Accounting or related discipline
  • Hands on, attention to details, investigative
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, strong communication
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in a FP&A role
  • Preferable with experience in logistics/supply chain/FMCG industry
  • Strong financial planning and analysis
  • Strong project management skills
  • Demonstrate sound knowledge and understanding of the business and supply chain industry
  • Excellent problem solving and people management skills
