  • Town Council, West near MRT station 
  • Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm, Sat Half Day 8.30am to 12.30pm (Rotate Once Every 3 weeks)
  • Experiences in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable is added advantage
  • Entry level for NITEC and Diploma in Accounting are welcome to apply
Responsibilities:
  • Perform accounting duties such as bank reconciliation, AR, AP, invoicing, data entry etc
  • Handle general administrative duties
  • Perform counter duties on rotation basis (eg collection of payments, attending to resident enquiries etc)
  • Assist in preparing monthly reports, perform day-end closing, prepare payment vouchers & remnder notices
Requirements:
  • Entry level with NITEC or Diploma in Accounting are welcome to apply
  • Candidate with relevant accounting working experiences in AR and AP is added advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word / Excel)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive working attitudem proactive and meticulous
  • Fluent in Chinese to liaise with Chinese-speaking customers
